I was at a certain weight and wanted to loose about 20 pounds through diet and excercise. So I have been watching what I have been eating by counting calories and excercising every day. I have lost about 15 pounds. But because I am now lifting some weights, I don't know if I will be able to loose much more weight due to gaining a little muscle mass. That is fine with me.
So I am getting closer to my goal. I have to tell you I feel so much better. So I just want to encourage all of you out there that are making some lifestyle changes as well, keep it up. Hang in there. You will feel so much better.

I am very proud of you! I LOVE going to the gym w/ you and am so glad that we decided to do it together! You are doing AWESOME and am so thankful for the healthy example that you are showing to the kiddos.
Our family goes to a gym here in Kuna and we love it. The girls have fun with the other kids, and I love working out with Tom. Congrats on your goal!
